It is strictly forbidden to determine the time to close the large valve by experience, the reason for removing the outdoor unit or moving the unit to restore the refrigerant, etc.!
The recovery time of the refrigerant is greatly affected by the operating frequency of the whole machine, wind speed, and climate, and it is difficult to judge the time when the refrigerant is fully recovered by experience. When the system is under negative pressure, there will be leakage on the low-pressure side and air will be sucked in, which poses a great safety hazard.
Correct operation of refrigerant recovery
Be sure to connect the pressure gauge!
Determine the time to close the large valve according to the pressure!!
Recycle refrigerant, detailed operation! (Avoid the system getting into the air)
Correct operation method:
1. Tighten the pressure gauge knob
2. Gently loosen the hose at the pressure gauge end counterclockwise
3. Connect the hose at the end of the pressure gauge to the filling nozzle and tighten.
4. After the hose at the pressure gauge end is blown out for about 2 seconds, tighten all the hoses (exhaust hose air)
5. Close the small valve. When the low pressure drops to 0.05MPA, immediately close the large valve and cut off the power of the compressor.
6. Note that the pressure gauge is removed at the end and the nut cover is tightened.
